Details to come in a later post, but Kevin & I are eating MUCH better lately. Tons more fresh fruits & veggies. Tonight Kevin made buffalo (the meat not the sauce) sliders with sautéed mushrooms, lettuce and tomato, with a yummy yogurt-based sauce and on squares of multi-grain bread. And he made asparagus “fries” as a side.
It was all super good!!
This blog started as a place to share my experiences with my son, and has now become more of a place to discuss just the daily life of a working mother! I love to run, create "things", drink wine, spend time with my son, and just be around my friends and family.

Yum! That looks DELICIOUS! I still haven’t made my breakfast and lunch for today, so I’m glad I read this post first. I need some inspiration. Do you know what I had for dinner last night? Licorice and pizza (it wasn’t homemade stuff like yours!). Not sure why I thought that would be a good idea….
